What we collect

• Loan scenario inputs (loan amount, property state, credit score, income type, LTV) — used solely to run lender matching
• Contact information (first name, last name, email, phone) — only if you voluntarily submit the lead form at the end
• Anonymous page traffic via Vercel Analytics (no cookies, no personal data)
• IP addresses temporarily for rate limiting (not stored permanently)

How we use it

• To match your scenario against our lender database
• To connect you with up to 3 licensed mortgage professionals relevant to your scenario
• We do not use your data for advertising. Contact information is shared only with matched lenders as described above.

Data retention

• Loan scenario data and contact info are retained for up to 24 months unless you request deletion earlier
• Rate limiting data expires automatically within 1 hour

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To submit a request, email support@trymortgagepath.com with subject line “Data Deletion Request”. We will process requests within 30 days.
